Harm Reduction is for Everyone: Entertainment & Arts Community

This workshop is for anyone in the arts and entertainment industry including those who work with festivals; venues, bars & clubs; restaurants; galleries; recording studios, labels and more! In this full day workshop we will:

- Explore harm reduction concepts and practices that are helpful for arts and entertainment events, spaces and community.
- Challenge our understanding of substance use and addiction.
- Explore how we can meet people where they are at with substance use.
- Address the ways systems and oppression create harm.
- Increase knowledge of community based and peer led harm reduction approaches and initiatives.
- There will be many opportunities for discussion, networking and asking questions.

Cancellation Policy:

For Virtual Events: A full refund can be received up to a week before the event, and a 50% refund is available until the day of the event.

For Half Day In-Person Events: A full refund can be received up to a week before the event, and a 50% refund is available until a day before the event.

For Longer In-Person Events: A full refund is available if requested more than two weeks before the event; and a 50% refund is possible up to a week before the event.
