Attendance to the Expo is free for students, parents, career seekers, and individuals.

Refunds for Sponsors and Exhibitors will be accepted before March 31, 2026, with a 25% cancellation fee. 

After March 31, 2026, refunds wil not be accepted, though transfers can be made to other organizations.

Your information is being collected for the sole purpose of this event, its organizers, and planning committee. Your information will not be shared with marketing agencies or third party suppliers. When registering your conference pass, you will be asked to enable sharing your information to the EventCamp App, and to allow others to scan your QR to network. Exhibitors may also scan your QR code (with consent) to collect information for future follow up.
