Refund Policy

Cancellations/Refunds will only be allowed or provided on the following basis: - if cancellation is received in writing by end of day March 25, 2022, you will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. - NO REFUNDS will be given after March 25, 2022. Substitution of delegates is acceptable. - Those who register but did not pay in advance of the start of the conference and do not attend for any reason will be expected to pay the full fee owing to cover the costs associated with pre-purchasing materials and meals on their behalf.
