No, the AGM will be held virtually on a separate date and is not a part of the Members' Retreat.
Yes, attendees of the 2025 event may book rooms at the Spirit Ridge Resort at a discounted rate until August 11, 2025. After the deadline, discounted rates will not be honoured.

Yes. Please refer to the booking website for any hotel related accommodations. If you require special accommodations for any events due to accessibility needs, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to make the arrangements.
Vacationing dogs will feel right at home at Spirit Ridge. Guests must book a dog-friendly room—available in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and villa options—at time of booking. The fully fenced, 24-hour dog park is the place to let your dog roam and socialize. To ensure one of the dog-friendly rooms is available during your stay, please call the hotel at +1 250 495 5445. Unfortunately, Spirit Ridge does not accommodate cats. Cleaning fees apply.
Yes! However, please be advised that children over the age of 5 are no longer admitted for free due to hotel policy changes.
Yes. There are various sponsorship levels offered. Please visit the EventCamp website for more information.
After purchasing a sponsorship package, you may register it in your EventCamp account by going to My Centre/My Packages, Level 1 or Level 2, in order to showcase your company’s sponsorship on the EventCamp App. When registering your sponsorship package, you can also upload your high-resolution company logo file so we can publish the logos immediately on our social media and web presence.
Yes! Guests are welcome with a purchased pass. Please check registration for purchasing a weekend pass.
There is only the option of a weekend pass which gives you full access to all events throughout the weekend.
Tickets are sold and available at a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that once we sell out of tickets, you may still register and be waitlisted.
Yes, the early bird rate is applicable for registration and/or golf and expires July 31st.
Yes! You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us directly and notifying us of the changes prior to the event.
Full refunds for the purchase price of your tickets will be available up to September 5th, 2025. After this date, refunds are not available, but tickets can be transferred to another individual.
No. You must register for golf separately. Registration is available through our event management partner, EventCamp.
The Gala dinner typically follows a business formal or cocktail attire dress code
Business casual is typically appropriate for all our daytime events. Please feel free to contact us directly if you’d like further information.
Meals will be included at every event but please be advised the Chairman’s Reception will only serve hors d'oeuvres.
Yes, the ARA documents events for marketing and recaps. If you are concerned and would prefer not to be photographed, please notify us directly.
here will be ARA employees available throughout the entire weekend. Please find them at the check-in desks or entrance ways. They’ll be ready to help and are easily identifiable with “ARA STAFF” badges.
