EmpowerMen's United Against Sexual Exploitation Conference 2027 will take place on March 17 and 18 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The theme for the event will be "Prevention, Protection, and Prosecution" and we are seeking speakers from a variety of sectors and backgrounds, including Indigenous leadership, survivor experiential voices, law enforcement, advocacy, service providers, research, education, and more. We are looking for presenters that can share tangible results, provide new information about emerging trends and challenges related to sexual exploitation and trafficking, or can highlight accomplishments and successes (including cross sector partnerships) in their respective fields. We also encourage submissions that focus on EmpowerMen's mission of engaging men and boys to prevent sexual exploitation and trafficking. Speakers can choose to deliver a straightforward presentation or a workshop that offers some element of audience engagement or participation. The deadline for submitting proposals is August 14, 2026. We will communicate the decisions by the beginning of September. We look forward to hearing from you!
