Cancellations will be accepted up to and including Monday, September 17, 2018, but are subject to a $ 25.00 processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted after September 17, 2018, but substitutions are allowed. You can modify your own registration until the registration closing date, which is Monday, September 17, 2018.
