Refund Policy

PAA 2019 delegates will receive a partial refund of 75% of the value of their purchase prior to June 15, 2019. After June 15, 2019, purchases are transferable only, and delegates can transfer their own tickets to new delegates by following these steps: 1) login at www.eventcamp.ca 2) select the ticket to transfer 3) edit the ticket with new delegate information The sale of transferable tickets will occur between the original ticket purchaser and the ticket recipient.
